Refund & Payment Policy

Thank you for supporting Southern Brazoria County Homeschool Graduation ("SBCHG"). Whether you are registering a graduate or making a charitable donation, your support helps us provide a meaningful, Christ centered graduation experience while keeping participation affordable for homeschool families.

This Refund & Payment Policy explains our policies regarding registration fees, deposits, donations, and refunds.

Who We Are

Southern Brazoria County Homeschool Graduation ("SBCHG") is the assumed name (DBA) of the Southern Brazoria County Homeschool Baccalaureate Committee, a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving homeschool families throughout Southern Brazoria County and surrounding communities.

Although our public name has changed to Southern Brazoria County Homeschool Graduation, we remain the same nonprofit organization with the same mission and leadership.

Graduation Registration

Registration for Southern Brazoria County Homeschool Graduation is completed securely through Zeffy.

We currently offer three participation options:

Full Graduation Ceremony — $150

Families may choose one of the following payment options:

• Pay the full $150 registration fee, or

• Pay a non-refundable $50 registration deposit to reserve their graduate's place, with the remaining $100 due by January 15 of the graduating year.

Recognition Package (No Ceremony) — $50

Payment in full is due at the time of registration.

Diploma Only — $35

Payment in full is due at the time of registration.

Registration Approval

Submitting a registration form and payment does not automatically guarantee participation.

Southern Brazoria County Homeschool Graduation reserves the right to verify eligibility and determine participation in accordance with our registration requirements, Participation Agreement, Code of Conduct, and organizational policies.

If SBCHG determines that a registrant is not eligible to participate or declines a registration, registration fees paid will be refunded, less any non-refundable third-party payment processing fees or other charges incurred, if applicable.

Refund Policy

Full Graduation Ceremony

The $50 registration deposit is non-refundable.

If the full registration fee has been paid and a family chooses to withdraw before the event, any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded at the discretion of the SBCHG Board, depending on the timing of the withdrawal and expenses already incurred on behalf of the graduate.

Recognition Package

The $50 registration fee is non-refundable once registration has been submitted.

Diploma Only

The $35 registration fee is non-refundable once registration has been submitted.

Any requests for special consideration should be submitted in writing to info@sbchg.org.

Donations

All donations made to Southern Brazoria County Homeschool Graduation are considered charitable contributions that directly support our nonprofit mission.

Unless required by law or due to an administrative or processing error, donations are non-refundable.

If you believe a donation was submitted in error, please contact info@sbchg.org as soon as possible. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Processing

Graduation registrations and donations are securely processed through Zeffy.

SBCHG does not collect or store complete credit card or banking information.

Payment processing is subject to Zeffy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

Southern Brazoria County Homeschool Graduation reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Payment Policy at any time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
